TLT hires two partners in Scotland

UK legal firm TLT has made two partner hires in Scotland in its Construction and Real Estate teams.

Stacey Cassidy, based in Glasgow, joins the Projects, Infrastructure & Construction team, bringing "exceptional transactional construction experience". She previously worked at Pinsent Masons for almost 12 years and is dual qualified in Scotland and in England & Wales.

Michael Spence becomes a Real Estate partner in Edinburgh, specialising in development and strategic land. He was previously head of Real Estate (Scotland) at Womble Bond Dickinson.

John Paul Sheridan, partner and location head for TLT in Scotland, commented: "Establishing a construction offering in Scotland has long been a priority of mine.
