Two appointments at Scullion LAW
Glasgow and Hamilton practice Scullion LAW has made two appointments to its Court and Private Client teams.
Solicitor advocate Judith Hutchison has joined the Court Department. She initially worked in construction before joining the prosecution service, where she developed specialisms in wildlife and environmental crime, planning law contraventions and intellectual property offences. She has also been a legal trainer at the Scottish Prosecution College. Latterly she has been an independent defence solicitor. The team is looking to take on more regulatory work.
Solicitor Paolo Martone has rejoined the firm where he worked in the Court team more than 10 years ago, this time working in the Private Client department focusing on Estates.
