Two moves in Aberdein Considine Banking Litigation team

Aberdein Considine has made two senior appointments in its Banking Litigation team.

Natalie Mortimer has joined the firm as head of compliance for the Lender Services Practice Group. She moves from Virgin Money where she was head of risk, compliance and quality. She brings over 15 years’ experience in a range of risk related roles in financial services, specialising in personal finance compliance.

Thomas Lillie, a partner with the firm, has been promoted to head of legal for the Lender Services Practice Group. He specialises in commercial and financial services litigation and moved to Aberdein Considine in 2017 to lead the firm’s lender services litigation practice in England & Wales. He also holds trustee and non-executive director positions in the charitable and community based financial services sector.
