Two partners lead eight promoted at Anderson Strathern

Anderson Strathern has announced the promotion of two new partners and six directors.

Gary Burton and Robbie Wilson, both of the firm’s Healthcare, Public & Regulatory team, become partners. Mr Burton heads the catastrophic personal injury unit, while Mr Wilson leads the medical negligence unit.

Those promoted to director are Elizabeth MacGregor (Commercial Property/Rural Land & Business), Tom Docherty and Gillian Murray (both in Dispute Resolution), Robin Turnbull (Employment, Immigration & Pensions), Karen Craig (Rural Land & Business), and Fiona Savage (Commercial Property).

Anderson Strathern chair Bruce Farquhar commented: “Medical negligence cases are particularly key for the firm because the cross-referral opportunities drive performance and growth in other departments, such as trust work for the Private Client team and investment advice for our asset management services.”
