Two senior appointments at Coulters

Residential property specialist firm Coulters has announced two new hires to its senior team.

The Edinburgh and East Lothian practice appointed Jill Andrew team as a partner in August 2022, and Louisa Raistrick as head of Estate Agency in December.

Ms Andrew has previously held director roles at both Burness Paull and Simpson & Marwick; Ms Raistrick, an experienced chartered surveyor, joins from Simpson & Marwick where she was most recently director of Property Sales. At Coulters she will also look after IT systems.

Coulters chairman Mike Fitzgerald commented: "Louisa and Jill are both well known and incredibly well respected in the Edinburgh property market and it’s a huge boon that they have chosen to join the Coulters team."
