WJM acquires Inverness firm Macandrew & Jenkins
Wright, Johnston & Mackenzie has announced its acquisition of Inverness practice Macandrew & Jenkins WS Ltd.
WJM, which has an office in Inverness among its five locations across Scotland – says the move will strengthen the firms’ collective service offering across a range of key sectors. Macandrew & Jenkins specialises in rural and estate work, wills, trusts and executries, and residential and commercial property.

WJM previously merged with Inverness firm MacArthur & Co in 2016 and acquired Calum I Duncan Corporate Lawyers in 2019. It also recently announced that it is combining with UK practice Irwin Mitchell, subject to FCA approval.
