Young lawyers to host EYBA spring conference

The Scottish Young Lawyers' Association is to host the European Young Bar Association's spring conference in Glasgow, from Thursday 23 to Sunday 26 April 2020.

The topics for this year's conference are technology and the environment, both as areas of the law and as issues affecting the practice of young lawyers.

Opening with a welcome reception on the Thursday evening, the conference programme features seminars on the Friday morning before a short visit to Edinburgh in the afternoon, and a traditional Scottish ceilidh in the evening. Further seminars will take place on the Saturday morning, before the general meeting of the EYBA, and the conference will conclude with a black tie gala dinner and dance at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum on the Saturday night.
